a few activities

1. GOING TO THE PARK:

since the weather is warming up i have been taking carter to the park. he loves the slides and the swings. but i think his favorite thing is throwing, gathering and walking in the gravel around the play ground.

2. FEEDING THE DUCKS:

we do this at the park also, but carter doesn't quite get the idea. he always eats the bread i give him and also gathers the bread i throw. this particular goose decided that he was going to take it right out of his hand if he had to.

3. FALLING:

carter falls ALL the time. and lately he has been falling on his face. this picture does not adequately show all the scrapes and bruises, but trust me there are plenty. he insists on walking/running full speed everywhere and if there is anything to trip on along the way (or even if there is not) he will find it. hopefully he will survive his childhood. (his nose is not dirty, those are old healing battle wounds)

4. SNAKE HUNTING:

we had seen a rattle snake around our house when we first bought it. so when tyrell spotted this poor snakes head peaking out from under our step, we were sure it was a rattle snake. but it wasn't until after the beheading, and his whole body revealed, that we realized he was just a bull snake. sorry little guy. i guess this is just one more lesson in avoiding the appearance of evil :)
